The Free plan provides limited storage (1,000 memories) and basic features. The Free plan may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan provides unlimited storage and premium features. Pro subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly or annually
• Automatically renew unless cancelled
• Can be cancelled at any time
• Provide access until the end of the current billing period

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service interface. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be deleted within 30 days.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
